Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Capital Flow's website, customer portal, and mobile app, and your orders for our distilled water delivery service in Ottawa and Gatineau. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Our service. Capital Flow delivers distilled water to homes and businesses on a one-time or recurring schedule (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). We do our best to deliver on your scheduled dates, but delivery times may vary due to weather, traffic, or other factors outside our control.

Your account. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your password confidential, and for activity that happens under your account. Please keep your delivery address and contact details accurate so we can serve you.

Orders, pricing, and payment. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes at checkout. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. Approved business customers may be offered net payment terms (invoices due within the stated period); all other orders are paid at the time you order.

Bottle deposits. Some bottles carry a refundable deposit. The deposit is charged when the bottle is delivered and credited back when the empty bottle is returned to us in reusable condition.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds. You can modify or cancel an upcoming order from your portal up until the cut-off (the start of the delivery day, Ottawa/Gatineau time). If you cancel or reduce a prepaid order before the cut-off, the difference is refunded to your original payment method; increases are charged at the time of the change. Once the delivery day has begun, please contact us and we'll help where we can.

Acceptable use. You agree to use our service lawfully and not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.

Service availability. We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the service, and we may refuse or cancel an order (for example, if it's outside our delivery area or a pricing error occurs). If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund it.

Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the service means you accept the current Terms.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
